Returns and Refunds
In order to initiate a return please contact support@instantautographs.com with the subject "RMA request". Please include your order number in the email as well as a brief statement as to the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions for handling the return.

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number. No COD returns will be accepted.

Once the item has been received we will refund the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please note that shipping is non-refundable. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly however some refunds may take as long as 3-4 weeks to process.

Shipping Policy
Orders are sent via USPS or Canada Post from our printing and distribution center. Shipping charges are variable depending on the delivery address of the order. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Your order is generally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of us receiving it. Shipping times will vary depending on the requested shipping address.
