Tim Tebow was drafted to the Denver Broncos in 2010 from the University of Florida Gators. At Florida, Tebow earned the Heisman Trophy for his 2007 season when he became the first college football player to rush and pass for 20 or more touchdowns in one season. Tebow is known for sporting biblical versus over his eye black including John 3:16 and Proverbs 3:5-6. The NCAA introduced a rule in 2010 which banned writing on eye paint which the media has adopted as "the Tebow Rule".
