Tim Lincecum was drafted 10th overall by the San Francisco Giants in the 2006 Draft. Lincecum entered the majors in 2007 and immediately began receiving praise from opposing hitters for his variety of difficult to hit pitches. The following season, Lincecum won his first of two Cy Young Awards and in 2010 lead the Giants to a World Series victory. He currently holds the MLB record for most strikeouts in the first four seasons of a career.
